The hydrotherapy pools at Rathdowne Place and Racecourse Grange maintain a consistent temperature of 34 degrees Celsius year-round for optimal comfort.
This particular temperature has been thoughtfully chosen as it is regarded as “thermo-neutral.” Essentially, when individuals are immersed in water set at 34 degrees, their core body temperature remains stable. This makes it the perfect temperature for participating in low-intensity exercises or shorter periods of more vigorous exercise.
